World Famous Climax Shops is looking for their next great manager!
Our Assistant Manager program is ideal for those employees who have been in lead or supervisory positions, but have never had the opportunity to fully manage their own store. We will help you build your experience and learn the ins-and-outs of running our locations, as well as everything you need to know to be a great leader for your team!
This isn't a big box store position, and experience in a setting where you get to know your customers, with strong sales is a must.
Must have qualities:
At least 2 years of experience in a lead, supervisor, or assistant manager position
Excel in customer service and always have a positive attitude
Must be upbeat and energetic
Excellent math skills
Eager to learn and increase product and policy knowledge
Strong organizational and time management skills
Leads by example.
Problem solver.
High level of ethics, integrity, values and trust, and the ability to recognize and build those qualities in your team
Open communication skills
Flexible availability - including nights, weekends and holidays as necessary
Responsibilities:
Learn all aspects of store management including inventory control, banking, restocking orders, discipline and coaching of your team.
Report to the store manager daily to learn about current goals.
Introduce company standards to all team members.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience and guest services.
Visual merchandising and brand highlights and keep up store appearance.
Execute plans to drive key performance indicators to maximize profitability.
Enhance brand loyalty by empowering team to create a natural and personable experience for patrons.
Responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment.
Pay - $13 per hour plus a tiered bonus structure
