World Famous Climax Shops is looking for their next great manager!

Climax Smoke Shop is hiring for part-time and full-time Sales Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one, and assist our guests in finding the best product for their needs. If you are passionate about helping people, about sales, and about these products, then this is the role for you!

Schedule flexibility is needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

All candidates must be 21 or older, and be willing to occasionally help cover shifts at other locations.

Must have qualities:

Passionate about vaping and glassware, and all of our other fantastic products.

Excel in customer service and always have a positive attitude.

Must be upbeat and energetic.

Basic reading and math skills.

Eager to learn and increase product knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Assist with day to day store operations, including cleaning duties, inventory counts, receiving shipments, and customer sales interactions.

Daily opening and closing procedures.

Handle cleaning and merchandising of products to keep up store appearance.

Draw in customers to maximize profit.

Enhance brand loyalty by empowering yourself to create a personable and memorable experience.

Safely handle and check in inventory.

Constant research on products to improve your knowledge.

Daily product reviews

Able to complete cash, card, and contactless transactions inside of a POS system.

Rate of pay is $10 per hour, plus a generous commission program
