Responsibilities:
- All aspects of store management, ensuring smooth store operations day to day.
- Reporting to district manager as needed.
- Uphold company standards in recruiting, hiring and training.
- Ensure outstanding customer experience and guest services.
- Visual merchandising and brand highlights and keep up store appearance.
- Execute plans to drive key performance indicators to maximize profitability.
- Enhance brand loyalty by empowering team to create a natural and personable experience for patrons.
- Safely handle inventory management, control orders with approved vendors and cycle counts.
- Responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment.
- Daily bank runs for deposits.
- Daily cycle counts for inventory control.
- Coaching and building your team's sales and customer service skills.
Rate of pay $15-$16 per hour plus a monthly tiered bonus program.
